Machine Characteristics:
  • This series of machines is an automatic machining centre that integrates milling, drilling, tapping and chamfering, and is suitable for metal processing of steel, copper and aluminium materials of various lengths and long parts.
  • The machine tool is designed with a one-piece base and full dynamic column structure. The overall layout of the machine tool is reasonable, compact and covers a small area. The rigidity and anti-vibration properties have been effectively improved.
  • The machine's spindle box adopts a high-speed direct mechanical spindle, which is suitable for high-speed and high rigidity cutting, drilling, milling and tapping processing.
  • The tool magazine is an arm type disc magazine for quick tool changes and has a 24-station tool magazine.
  • The machine is protected by an armour type shield, which effectively protects the screws, rails and racks.
